- Each regular registration includes attendance to all technical sessions, including tutorials, workshops, panels, welcome reception, coffee breaks, during the main conference (June 30 - July 5) the banquet is not included.
- Each student registration includes all of the items in regular registration except for paper publication.
- To qualify for the student rate, students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status (certificate template) by uploading a PDF copy through registration online.
- An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied by the payment of at least one regular registration (IEEE/INNS Member or Non-Member) for one of the authors (if all authors of the paper are students, i.e., at least one author needs to do a regular registration).
- No accepted paper is included in the Proceedings without the payment of the required registration fee.
- Each regular registration covers a maximum of two papers. Presentation of another paper will incur a charge of $200 (+tax $244.00). A single registrant can cover a maximum of 4 papers in total. Each paper over the additional two including the $200 (+tax $244.00) charge.
- The page limit for each paper is eight. Up to two additional pages will be permitted for an additional charge of $100 (+tax $122.00) each page.
- IEEE/INNS reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE/INNS Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference. AUTHOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed, no exceptions. One author who has paid the FULL NON-STUDENT “IEEE/INNS Member” or “Non-Member” registration fee may present up to two papers provided that the author is registered AND attends the Conference to present his/her paper.
Student registration fees cannot be used for the publication of an accepted paper. If the author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he/she has to pay the appropriate member or non-member fee. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper: they have to pay the member fee. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
BANK TRANSFERS
If you are paying by credit card, please register directly online through the registration portal. If you will be paying via wire transfer (non-refundable), please fill out the online registration form and select pay by bank transfer. You will then be sent an invoice to submit your payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by June 1, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of US$150 deducted from each refund. You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by INNS of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography to be used in any technical session. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed.
