Submit the J2C Paper via the CMT System
The INNS Joint Conference on Neural Networks welcomes the submission of Journal-to-Conference (J2C) papers, i.e., the presentation at IJCNN 2025 of recently published and high-impact journal papers on topics related to methodological advancements and compelling novel applications of neural networks and deep learning systems.
In order to be acceptable for the journal track, the paper must have been published within two years starting from their first appearance on the IEEEXplore/ScienceDirect platforms, including Early Access, and ending on the day of the conference (June 30th, 2025).
The list of journals that are admitted to the J2C track follows:
Contributions appearing on journals outside of the list above will be desk rejected. The scope and key contribution of the papers must be clearly and primarily on neural networks and (deep) learning systems.
Proposals of journal track contributions should be submitted through the IJCNN 2025 CMT System.
Submissions must comply with the provided J2C template. They should be 1 page in length with title, authors, abstract and a body outlining the originality, contributions and significance for the neural networks field. A link to the DOI of the published journal paper must be supplied with the submission. The J2C proposal paper will not appear in the conference proceedings.
