Detailed guidelines for Final Paper Submission

  1. Please address the REVIEWERS' COMMENTS in the decision notification email which are intended to improve the final manuscript.
  2. Please prepare your manuscript for final camera-ready submission by following the formats described on the conference web site and using the IEEE templates:
    1.  http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
    2. The paper must be IEEE Xplore-compatible, so only pdf files that are processed by IEEE PDF-Express will be accepted. Please go to https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ and create an account using Conference ID: 64981X and validate your camera-ready paper. See https://ieee-pdf-express.org/External/UsingIEEEPDFeXpress
for detailed instructions, from account creation to file verification.
    3. Once you are ready to submit your final paper within CMT by clicking on “Create Camera Ready Submission”.
    4. Please do adhere the strict deadline for final manuscript submission May 08, 2025. Any papers submitted after this date will not be included in the proceedings. The paper must be re-submitted even if the reviewers indicated that no changes are required.
NOTE: If your submission fails, check if your file size is less than 20MB
  3. In order for your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, a *signed IEEE Copyright Form* must be submitted for each paper. IJCNN 2025 has registered to use the IEEE Electronic Copyright (eCF) service. On CMT, in your Author Dashboard click on “Submit IEEE Copyright Form” and click on the link (word “here”) in the sentence “Click here to redirect to the IEEE Copyright Web Site”, which allows electronic completion of the copyright assignment process.

IMPORTANT: No paper can be published in the proceedings without being accompanied by a Completed IEEE Copyright Transfer Form. You must complete and submit this form to have your paper included in the conference proceedings. Also, please choose IEEE general terms if you are not sure which option to choose. DO NOT choose US government or Crown copyright unless you are actually employed by the US government or the UK government.

4. In order to have your paper published, you must present your work during your scheduled session. No exceptions.

IMPORTANT: Each paper must have a corresponding registered author to be included in the proceedings. Papers that do not have an associated registered author will not be included in the proceedings. The deadline for author registration is May 08, 2025, so be sure to register by that time to ensure that your paper is included in the proceedings. Please ensure that you complete your registration early.
